| The hall itself has dimensions of 14 metres x 10 metres and can accommodate up to 80 seated people. Included in the hire is the use of trestle tables and chairs. |

The catering kitchen includes a professional-sized gas cooker, fridge, dishwasher and drinks-making facilities. WC facilities are modern and clean. A separate disabled-access WC is available which also contains first-aid and baby-changing facilities. |
| The car-park to the front of the hall accommodates 9 cars. Additional free car-parking is available just past the hall. |  |

A dedicated disabled parking space is provided with an access ramp to the main entrance. |
The rear patio area is enclosed with high metal gates to the front and so is very child-friendly. It extends around the side and back of the hall and three double french windows open out onto it (one has a ramped access). An ideal space for a summer barbeque.

As with any public building, Coalport Village Hall is a No Smoking zone but exterior wall-mounted ashtrays are provided at the front of the building and in the patio area.
Coalport Village Hall is not a licensed premises although if an individual hirer wants to sell alcohol at an event a Temporary Events Notice can be applied for.
Please note that stiletto heels are not to be worn in the main hall to prevent damage to the floor.
